These terms govern your use of sawtoothcreativesystems.com. They do not govern paid client work; that is handled by a separate written engagement letter signed by both parties.
Scope
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Engagement of Sawtooth Creative Systems for paid services is a separate agreement, defined in writing and signed by the client and the studio. Any conflict between this page and a signed engagement letter is resolved in favor of the engagement letter.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site to send spam, malware, or unauthorized commercial messages.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting, or any related infrastructure.
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the site without written permission.
- Use the site in violation of any applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, code, design) is owned by Sawtooth Creative Systems unless otherwise credited. You may share links to public pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution. Republishing full pages or substantial sections requires written permission.
Client Work Product
Ownership of work product created during a paid engagement (websites, configurations, written materials, code) is governed by the written engagement letter signed at the start of that engagement. The default posture: clients own their data, their domain, their website, their customer list. Specifics live in the engagement letter, not on this page.
Payment
Payment terms for client work are defined in the written engagement letter for that work. This page does not establish payment terms or pricing.
Warranty Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sawtooth Creative Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Liability for paid client work is governed by the engagement letter.
