Privacy Policy
Sawtooth Creative Systems ("we", "us") respects the privacy of website visitors and clients. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
What We Collect
We collect a small amount of information directly from you when you choose to share it:
- Form submissions. If you fill out the contact form, we receive your name, email, business name, optional phone and website, and the message you send. The form is processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our inbox.
- Discovery call bookings. If you book a discovery call via the Cal.com link, Cal.com collects your name, email, and chosen time. Their privacy policy governs that data.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type) for security and operational purposes. We do not maintain separate analytics on this site.
How We Use It
- To respond to inquiries you send us.
- To deliver services we have agreed to in a written engagement letter.
- To improve the structure and content of this website.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use it for advertising or remarketing.
Third Parties
We rely on a small set of vendors to operate the site and the studio:
- Cal.com for discovery call scheduling.
- Google Workspace for our email (hello@sawtoothcreativesystems.com).
- Web3Forms for processing contact form submissions.
- Vercel for hosting and DNS for sawtoothcreativesystems.com.
Cookies
This site uses functional cookies only. We do not load third-party advertising trackers, analytics tags, or social media pixels.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold by emailing hello@sawtoothcreativesystems.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Children's Data
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the studio grows. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted in a brief summary at the top of the page for at least 30 days after a change.
